Electric Actuator

The SIMMEL 512 series declutch override gear box were specially designed used for butterfly valve, ball valve and plug valve together with pneumatic actuators.
This device allows for manual operation during installation, system testing and in the event of supply air-failure.
The SIMMEL 512 Series mount directly to many of the most popular rack and pinion style actuators on the market, and does not require a bracket between the pneumatic actuator and declutch override.
The units come complete with a coupler that connect the pneumatic actuator to the valve.

The Simmel pneumatic valve clutch is applied in the installation, debugging, and manual operation of pneumatic ball valves, butterfly valves, and plug valves when the system loses air or power.
Designed according to the ISO5211 standard, with a reasonable structure and reliable performance, it is an indispensable working component in the pneumatic valve control system.

The SIMMEL Rack & Pinion pneumatic actuators are designed for use in quarter-turn applications and are ideal for the on/off or continuous operation of plug,butterfly and ball valves, as well as dampers and other 90° turn devices.
Product offerings include rack and pinion aluminum housed actuators with torque values up to 8,140Nm (72,035 in-lb).

SIMMEL Three position actuator provide an operation of 0°, 45°, 90°or 0°, 90°, 180°, The midway position is achieved by a mechanical stop of movement on the 2 auxiliary pistons. This midway stop positions adjustable. Example:
90°actuator can provide 20°, 30°, 40°, 50°, 70°etc.
