Simmel Pneumatic Actuator FROM USA
Actuator Body
According to the different requirements, the extruded aluminum alloy ASTM6005 Body can be treated with hard anodized, powder polyester painted (different colours is available such as blue, orange, yellow etc.), PTFE or Nickel plated.
End caps
Die-casting aluminum powder polyester painted in different colours, PTFE or Nickel plated.
Pistons
The twin rack pistons are made from Die-casting aluminum treated with Hard anodized or made from Cast steel with galvanization. Symmetric mounting position, long cycle life and fast operation, reversing rotation by simply inverting the pistons.
Travel adjustment
The two independent external travel stop adjuatment bolts can adjust +5° at both open and close directions easily and precisely.
High performance springs
Preloaded coating springs are made from the high quality material for resistant to corrosion and longer service life, which can be demounted safely and conveniently to satisfy different requirements of torque by changing quantity of springs.
High-performance dynamic sealing O-ring
The sealing component, as a core part of the pneumatic actuator, requires dynamic seals to not only bear the mechanical load of piston guidance and air source pressure but also withstand the effects of corrosion and temperature fluctuations in the operating environment, leading to seal aging, as well as the wear caused by machining tolerances on the inner surface of the cylinder.
The new version of Simmel seal injection mold and process have been optimized and improved, making the operation of the actuator smoother and the cycle time increased by 1.5 times on the original basis.

Has high elasticity, weather resistance, wear resistance, pressure resistance, and resilience,
-50℃ ~ +150℃

High performance springs
Springs are crucial in single acting pneumatic actuators, carrying the functions of compression and reset.
The new version of Simmel spring has been upgraded on the basis of the original one. In addition to using American standard stainless steel material for the conduit, a special casting process has been applied to the steel wire, which has increased the operating cycle of the actuator on the original basis, avoiding the risk of the actuator being unable to open and close the valve in place due to spring fatigue, as well as the risk of piston tooth end plug breakage and further scratching and scrapping of the cylinder body surface caused by oxidation, corrosion or fracture due to long-term operation of the conduit.

Process coating
Different coating processes can meet the needs of different industries and industrial and mining environments. Due to the influence of the user's industry and geographical location, the coating thickness, coating material, and anti-corrosion level of the actuator may vary.
Simmel can apply different coating processes to the actuator according to the geographical location and industrial and mining environment of different users, in order to improve the operating life and service cycle of the actuator, reduce production costs and minimize economic losses caused by downtime for users.

Simmel can provide the following coating processes
nickel plating, galvanizing, PTFE, Teflon, powder coating, Marine anti-corrosion, paint, epoxy resin
